I use Paint Shop Pro to make the themes. All themes are available in .jpg format with some also available in .psp format at no extra cost. The .psp files have all layers intact to enable you to personalise them using your paint program.

All my themes come with a theme.ini file for ease of use. If you need help using Flip Album themes, please see my tutorial HERE.
